RETURN POLICY
1. Except for any products designated on the site as non-returnable，we will accept returns in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
*If an item is sent back after the 30 day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
2. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed in original condition with product tags and hygiene liners attached.
3. Beach blankets, swimming rings, sunglasses, jewelries, hair accessories, panties, lingeries, shapewear, pasties and items marked as flash sale & final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded unless there is a quality issue. Items marked as flash and final sales are also not returnable unless they are defective, don't match their description, or fail to perform as described.
4. Original shipping charges and duties are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
5. We provide return labels for your items with costs starting from as low as CAD$7.49. Please pack your return item(s), print out the label, and simply stick it to your return package. We currently are unable to offer a free returns service. The charge of return label increases according to the number of items you refund. The specific price is as follows:

REFUNDS
1. Once we've received your returned package, we'll take care of the rest and process your refund asap. Refunds for credit card payments take up to 10 business days and 1-3 business days for Paypal payments. Please note that the processing time depends on your bank and PayPal.

RETURN TIPS
1. When you start a return，the email address should be exactly the same as when you placed the order and it couldn't contain any space in the box. The order number should be 16 pure numbers and it couldn't contain any space in the box.
