SMS subscribers enjoy free returns on all eligible items. Email subscribers enjoy free returns on eligible items for their first order only. Subscribe Now for free returns.
For other returns, we provide return labels starting at C$7.49.
Return fees (if applicable) will be clearly shown during the return process before you confirm.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the items are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have the original tags and hygiene liners attached.
Light, quick, and eco-friendly. Reusing the original packaging or any other suitable shipping bag helps us process your return faster.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
Beach blankets, swimming rings, sunglasses, jewelry, hair accessories, panties, lingerie, shapewear, pasties, gift cards, and items marked as Flash Sale or Final Sale.
Mix and match items are not eligible for exchange.
These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue, the item is defective, or it does not match the product description.
